Hawzah News Agency- Senior scholar Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli had a meeting with Hujjat al-Islam Abul Qassem Moghimi Haji, The Vice President Of Seminary In Research Affairs during which he said,” There are original words in the Holy Quran that cannot be found anywhere else in the world, a profound scientific book that no one is able to fully comprehend; therefore, the Islamic seminary should pay special attention to the Holy Quran and have the final say in interpreting Quranic concepts.”

The senior Shia scholar further added,” The late Grand Ayatollah Boroujerdi was not only a jurist, but also a good manager since he had many innovations in the seminary; he made many efforts to make the seminarians have access to the statements of the first-hand jurists who are the link between us and the infallible imams (PBUT). The Late Ayatollah also had many innovations that the seminaries should pay attention to these things.”

In another part of his speech, The Shia source of emulation pointed out the focus of the seminary to dispel the religious doubts of the day and asserted,” In the former Andalusia there were great mosques and famous Muslim jurists such as Ibn Hazm Andalusi and Ibn Rushd, whom the late Ayatollah Boroujerdi also mentions with greatness , but doubts and the pen of philosophers made these mosques turn into churches and the churches later turned into warehouses and the spread of Islam stopped in that region; that is, it was not the crusades and swords and bullets that took Islam from this region, but It was the doubts and pen of Western philosophers who took Islam from the mosque of Cordoba and there is no more news of Islam, and even now this threat exists and the Islamic seminary must take serious measures to dispel scientific misconceptions.”

Grand Ayatollah Javadi Amoli emphasized,” the Islamic Seminary should pay special attention to philosophy and intellectual issues in order to dispel scientific misconceptions, because the cultural pole of Islam is "reason" and this can stand against Kant and the likes of Kant and Western philosophers.”
